The client may not sell, exchange, or profit from the artwork in any form: physical, digital, or printed, including any NFT or any blockchain-related endeavors under any circumstances. The client also may not use ANY of my art for AI / ML models.I retain all commercial and creative rights to the commissioned artwork.The payment is upfront or half at first, and half later when I've finished the color sketch.You may have a refund if I haven't gotten to half of the process (Finished sketch with color), if not, there will be no refund.I will refund you if your order is on the "I WON't draw" list on my page.Contact me if you have any questions

El cliente no puede vender, intercambiar o lucrarse de la ilustracion en ninguna forma: fisica, digital, impresa, inclusive cualquier NFT o cualquier blockchain bajo ninguna circunstancia. El cliente tampoco puede usar NINGUNO de mis dibujos para modelos de AI/ML.Yo mantengo todos los derechos creativos y comerciales de la comision.El pago es por adelantado, o mitad al principio y mitad al terminar el boceto con color.Tendras un reemboso de tu dinero si no termine la mitad del proceso de ilustracion (Boceto con color), sino, no habrá reembolso.Reembolsare tu dinero si tu dibujo esta en la lista de "NO DIBUJO"Consultar ante cualquier duda
